Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Nothing extra is billed. The API replies "quota reached" (HTTP 429, quota_exceeded) until the 1st of next month or a plan change; your integration then lets signups through, so your form never goes down. You are warned by email at 80% and 100%.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Free: your keys keep working.
What happens after the Pro trial?
For 14 days you get all of Pro, with no credit card. At the end, the account automatically returns to Free, with no fee or commitment.
Where is my data?
The API and database are hosted in the European Union. Your users’ addresses are never stored in clear text: only encrypted fingerprints are kept, then purged automatically.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude tax. As long as Ksar falls under the French VAT exemption for small businesses, no VAT is charged: the price shown is the price paid.
How do I get my invoices?
An invoice is issued for each payment, emailed to you and downloadable from the dashboard. You can add your company name and VAT number there.
